@FetalSage Thanks for your reply. As an update, I bought a iPad 2 64 GB wifi only. I’m using the iPhone 4 as a hot spot to access the net on the road.
Now I’ve got it, I’m getting the developers bug again, so I think an app build might be in the pipe line. But I guess I should get that web startup of mine into beta first. Dang it
@TheDJBook I would say wait and see the new iPad. Hopefully they’ll lower the price even more. The way I look at it is to buy a 3G one because that is the point of having this new generation mobile device. Even if you don’t use it as much, it’s still there when you need it. There’s no contract also, so there’s nothing really to lose other than more money. The future is being on the internet anywhere. People say, use your phone to surf the internet on 3G, but why, when you have an iPad on you.
