I’M SO CONFUSED! SYMBIAN vs. ANDROID?

Hi icon smile IM SO CONFUSED! SYMBIAN vs. ANDROID?

Just want to ask what is your opinion on SYMBIAN (Vivaz Pro) & ANDROID (Xperia Mini pro)

Because I cannot decide on which would be better in the long run. I’m hearing all praises when it comes to Android but I’m still torn because I want the bigger screen size of the Vivaz & the camera features (although the photo light is a big negative compared to the flash of the Xperia Mini pro). Also I’m not that picky and apps aren’t that of a big deal to me (unless its for an iPhone etc.)

They both have pros & cons and It’s just making everything harder for me.

There are a few simple things that I want from either:

- Easy to use Twitter / Internet / Facebook / E-Mail
- Camera Quality (I like Vivaz face detection but I like Xperia’s flash rather than the crappy photolight of Vivaz)
- Good enough Sound Quality
- Is either flash capable? (I know vivaz is java capable)
- I’m more of a photo person than a mp3 or video person
- I like Vivaz bigger screen
- But Xperia Mini Pro is too cute

etc,

IM SO CONFUSED.

I hope anyone can enlighten me.

Given your requirement, I would suggest two phones.

    1. Nokia N8
    2. Samsung Galaxy S

unless you do not have problem with xperia’s small keyboard(and also it does not support video calling…. it is possible if you could connect your phone to your laptop and then use your phones webcam as the secondary camera), u should buy it

i think you can go with Samsung Intercept Android Phone, Grey Steel (Sprint)
The Android OS runs smooth especially when running several apps in the background. I can have Sirius XM or Pandora, Email, web browser, and Sprint Navigation all running and the phone doesn’t flinch.
    - The video quality far surpassed my expectations. Streaming video looks great and plays flawlessly on YouTube and Sprint TV.
    - The slide-out keyboard buttons are larger than most phones and easy to manage. The phone fits nicely in my hand.
